At the age of 5 i was the tallest girl in the 2nd grade class,i loved playing as i grew up and than basketball vanished
out of my life completly and all my life i was known as the tallest girl in school and then everyone asked me if i played
basketball and that was asked to me more that i was asked questions in class and i was so ready that i thought there was no
place to hide from me being tall and i was so happy to go and play and show everybody that i could play and my first game
i played my own school and i scored 2 points i was so disapointed in myself cause i know how good i can be and for my first
game i know i could do better so i quit my team and i said good bye to basketball and now i'm so interested in the sport during
P.E. at Whiteside Middle School we hade a sign up sheet for intermurals witch were basketball and all my friends told me that
i should sign up and i told her i was going to think about it and i only had 1 period to make a choice and when i got done
changing out for P.E. and went to the GYM and alot of people approched me and said i should sigh up and with that said i went
to the board and signed my name....2 weeks Later....it was time to see what team i was on i was put with one girl i knew and
acouple i seen in the hallway before but never talked to them in my first game against some 8 th grades and them thinking
were 7th graders that they were going to win and when we got done the score was 16-22 with us having 22 i was so excited about
it and there was one of the 8th graders that asked me "Do you play basketball" yes i will i'm going to try out this year
